CHAREL TERRACE STORMWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Charel Terrace Stormwater System Improvement Project is located on Birch Point off Semiahmoo Drive and was identified as a priority capital project in the Birch Bay Comprehensive Stormwater Plan. This project replaced failing stormwater facilities and added new facilities along Charel Drive and Cary Lane. Project components include water treatment swales on Charel Drive, 600 feet of new pipe, and a new outfall structure to protect the shoreline.
