The Friends of Birch Bay State Park will celebrate Earth Day 2013 and the Washington State Parks Centennial 2013 with the ceremonial groundbreaking for the BP Heron Center for Environmental Education on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 10AM. Event to be held at Birch Bay State Park. Visit FOBBSP.org.
