BBWARM Citizen Advisory Committee Vacancy

The BBWARM Citizen Advisory Committee has a vacancy for a four-year term starting February 1, 2013. Interested BBWARM District residents are encouraged to apply. Committee members must live in the BBWARM District. Members represent community interests in the BBWARM stormwater program and make recommendations on priorities, work plans, and budgets to staff and the Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors. Committee member time commitment is about 6 hours a month and includes attending monthly Wednesday night meetings, reviewing meeting materials, and attending occasional additional meetings or events. Appointments are made the Whatcom County Council acting as the Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors. Applications are available at the County Council website.
