Biotoxin Closure Lifted for Birch Bay and Drayton Harbor May 21

The Washington State Department of Health lifted the marine biotoxin warning and closure to all species of shellfish in Whatcom County from Sandy Point to the Canadian Border including Birch Bay on May 21, 2015.  Always check the Washington State Department of Health biotoxin website or call the shellfish safety hotline at 800-562-5632 before harvesting shellfish.
